Please check in with the receptionist at the front desk upon arrival before your session begins. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to allow for a smooth check-in and timely start.

Your booking time begins at your scheduled time—not at arrival—so early check-in helps ensure you have the full use of your session. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

At the end of your session, please check out at the front desk before leaving. All setup, teardown, and cleanup must be completed within your booked time. Any overages may be billed accordingly.

Policies & Procedures for Suite 223 Studio

All bookings are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive a credit valid for up to 6 months from the original appointment date.

If Suite 223 Studio must cancel an appointment, a full refund will be issued.

No-shows will forfeit their payment and are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Suite 223 Studio is located inside The Lakes Print Shop at the corner of 223 & Herold Hwy, Serving the Irish Hills, Brooklyn, Jackson, Adrian, and surrounding Mid-Michigan communities.

All studio bookings must be scheduled to end at least one hour before closing time.

We want every session at Suite 223 Studio to feel seamless and elevated. You’re welcome to bring in decorations to match your vision; however, no nails, screws, staples, or wall-damaging materials may be used without prior approval. All items must be fully removed at the end of your session, and any damage may result in charges to the card on file.

The studio is cleaned before each booking and must be returned to the same condition. Cleaning supplies are available on-site for your use. Please plan to sweep or vacuum if needed and remove all trash. A cleaning fee of $100/hour will be applied if additional cleaning is required.

If using props such as confetti, glitter, or food, you are responsible for full cleanup—please come prepared.

Your rental time includes setup and teardown. Overtime use will be billed accordingly, so please plan your session with that in mind.

We love our furry friends, but to keep Suite 223 Studio and our storefront safe and clean, all pets must be leashed or under full control at all times—no roaming the studio or storefront.

Pet owners are fully responsible for any accidents, damage, or additional cleaning required during their visit, and charges may be applied if necessary. If your session includes animals, please come prepared to clean up after them.

For the safety of other guests, staff, and merchandise, we reserve the right to ask that any animal not properly managed be removed.
